Most of our items are pre-orders.

Our products are carefully handmade where we will put in our full effort specially for you.

Please be patient with us as there will be a required amount of time needed for crafting!

Please only purchase if you are comfortable with the wait and any unforeseen delay.

For orders made through the website,

Please kindly WhatsApp us at 90083464 with your order number to receive the PDF of the embroidery . (Before Embroidery)

-Please kindly note that the PDF is just a draft of the embroidery, please do expect that there will be some differences/ not totally perfect when embroidered on the product as we are not doing printing services.

-For Applique Badge/Applique Font & Vinyl Cutomisation, we are unable to show you the colour of the inner fabric in the PDF

Products will be made with our brand tag

Requests of no brand tags are strictly not allowed.

LEADTIME

Waiting time would be 2-4 Weeks (Excluding delivery time)

For urgent orders, you may wish to opt for the 'Urgent Orders' request(to be done within 2-5 Day, Excluding delivery time) with additional cost (+$5/Item). 

-Simply add 'Urgent Order' to cart . (-Check out separately if you only want some of the items for urgent with additional charges. Please note that if normal lead time orders and urgent order items are placed together, there will be additional shipping charges <+$5/trip> to dispatch the urgent order items first, unless self-collection.)

*Leadtime will only commence once order is confirmed through WhatsApp.*

DELIVERY / SELF-COLLECTION

We do not provide normal mailing. All delivery will be carried out through: 

-Normal Courier (Qxpress or Private Courier) +$5/Location which would take 2-3 Days after orders are done.

*Delivery cost for Bulk Orders may differ*

OR

You may opt for Self-Collection at 31 Woodlands Horizon, #04-15B Singapore 737855. 

(We will notify you after product is done and ready for collection.)

We strongly do not accept courier service arranged by customer for collection, as we have encountered issues when customers used their own courier service.

PACKAGING

Items will be packed in a Transparent Plastic Bag / Organza Drawstring Bag.

- Normal Transparent Wrap + Ribbon (+1.00)

- Box-Wrap + Ribbon + Customised Gift Card (+$5.00)

- Hamper-Like Wrap + Ribbon + Customised Gift Card ($12.00)

- Customised Gift Card ($1.50)

Simply just add the additional packaging in cart before checking out.

Box-Wrap are only available for Small items.

Medium Bolster/Medium Pillow and above have to opt for Hamper-like Wrap.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE

All orders are strictly non-exchangable or refundable once payment is made.

All details are not allowed to be changed once payment is made.

If there are any tear/hole after receive (newly, unused/washed within 7 Days) ,
