The21sew reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
By purchasing from The21sew, customers agree to abide by all terms stated below.


PRE-ORDERS & HANDMADE ITEMS

Most of our items are on a pre-order basis.
All products are carefully handmade with full effort and love, specially for you.

Please be patient as crafting requires time.
Only place an order if you are comfortable with the waiting time and any unforeseen delays.
(Kindly check the lead time below before placing your order.)
We truly appreciate your understanding and patience.


EMBROIDERY PREVIEW (PDF)

For orders made via our website, please WhatsApp us at 9008 3464 with your order number to receive a PDF preview of the embroidery (before embroidery begins).

Please note:
The PDF is only a draft for reference. Actual embroidery may vary slightly as this is not a printing service.
For Appliqué Badge, Appliqué Font & Vinyl Customisation, inner fabric colours cannot be shown in the PDF.


BRAND TAG

All products will be made with our brand tag.
Requests for removal of brand tags are strictly not allowed.


LEAD TIME

Normal Orders:
2–4 weeks (excluding delivery period)

Urgent Orders:
2–5 working days (excluding delivery period)
Additional cost: +$5 per item

To select urgent orders:
Add “Urgent Order” to cart.
If only some items are urgent, please check out separately.
If urgent and normal items are placed together, an additional shipping fee (+ $5 per trip) applies to dispatch urgent items first (unless self-collection).

Lead time starts only after order is confirmed via WhatsApp.


DELIVERY / SELF-COLLECTION

We do not provide normal mail. Delivery is via:

Courier:
Qxpress / Private Courier – +$5 per location
Delivery takes 2–3 days after completion
(Bulk orders may have different rates)

Self-Collection:

(You will be notified when your order is ready.)

We do not accept customer-arranged courier services due to past issues.


PACKAGING

Standard packaging:
Transparent plastic bag / Organza drawstring bag

Optional upgrades:
Transparent wrap + ribbon (+$1.00)
Box wrap + ribbon + customised gift card (+$5.00)
Hamper-style wrap + ribbon + customised gift card (+$12.00)
Customised gift card only (+$1.50)

Add packaging options to cart before checkout.

Box wrap is only available for small items.
Medium bolster / medium pillow and above require hamper-style wrap.


MISSING DETAILS / TOP-UP

Top-up will be required if selected options incur additional costs.
(We will notify you accordingly.)


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All orders are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable once payment is made.
No changes are allowed after payment.

Please double-check all details before checkout.

If there are defects (tear/hole) upon receiving the item (new, unused & unwashed within 7 days), please WhatsApp us at 9008 3464 and we will review the case.

We are not responsible for:
Colour fading
Fabric fluff / wear and tear
