What is Head-Pillow Beansprout Husk?

It is works as Anti-Flat head baby pillow and provide comfort and gives infant a sense of security . -it works the same as long-pillow beansprout husk but just in different size (More for suitable head pillow than hugging/laid on chest) .

Babies are easily frightened by unexpected movements and noises, thus the beansprout husk pillow is laid on their chest to give them sense of security just like being nestled in mummy's arm or even in the womb .
(As it has weight as compared to cotton)
It is also suitable for children/adult .

Beansprout Husk pillow are resistant to pressure which does not trap heat and allows air to pass through easily which makes it breathable .

Beansprout Husk Pillow can be long-lasting but also depends on how you use and care for it.
-it can not be washed with water as it will ruin them. It is recommended to sun-dry every week/month, as the warmth of the sun will refresh your beansprout husk in your pillow. (But the cover to be washed frequently)

Note: Production of our Beansprout Husk is from Singapore Supplier that will assure our customers the highest quality and also safe for babies use.

  • Stage 1: The Beansprout Husks are carefully selected & placed in a temperature controlled washing equipment. (Washing process takes about 3 days & temperature is set to kill all bacteria.)

  • Stage 2: After 3 days of washing, the husks is then transferred to a centrifugal tumbler drum for first stage drying process. 

  • Stage 3: The Beansprout husks are then spread out for traditional sun drying process.

  • Stage 4: All beansprout husks will undergo a further disinfection and sterilization process by passing through an UV Light Emitting Machine.

  • Stage 5: After receiving the beansprout husk from our supplier, we will pack the husk into the insert case & sew it up .
